Elote (Street Corn) : We provide Set up, tables, table clothes, cups, spoons, napkins, corn, and fixings.
Aguas Frescas: We provide 2-4 jugs of your choice of Aguas Frescas (Watermelon, Hibiscus, Strawberry, Mango-Pineapple, Cucumber Lime, Mango or Pineapple along with our signature watermelon chamoy rim dip, Tajin, cups, napkins, straws, fresh fruit, customized edible topper, flower, candy, and ice.
Mini Pancake Bar: Mini pancakes, whip cream, syrup, up to 6 toppings, napkins, and forks.
Fruit Cups: Our delicious fruit bar comes with our delicious watermelon chamoy rim dip, tajin and lots of delicious fruit like watermelon, pineapple, cucumber, melon and jicama.
Abuelita Hot Cocoa: We provide our delicious Abuelita hot Cocoa recipe, cups, straws, napkins, whipped cream, sprinkles and signature chocolate syrup (Add Kaluàh- optional)
Shaved Ice Machine: We provide a unique set up, with 8-10 syrup flavors to choose from along with 2-3 candy gummies
Apple Sundae Bar: Apples, signature chocolate and caramel syrup, toppings (peanuts, sprinkles, coconut, chopped Oreos, chopped graham crackers, and cherries)
Please note that all bars include Table/Bar Set Up, as well as early set up, 2-4 servers and a minimum of 3 hours.

Hello! My name is Briana Martinez-Palacios, and I am the proud owner of Pour the Fun! Having been born and raised in the wonderful state of Texas, I am deeply passionate about my work. As an experienced bartender, I am excited to share my expertise with you. I firmly believe in the importance of providing fresh offerings for you and your guests to enjoy, creating a memorable experience that leaves a lasting impression.
Once deposits are received, I will send out a contract for both of us to sign, ensuring clarity and commitment. My role is to guarantee that everything runs seamlessly on your special day.
